What brands do you carry?

We offer a wide range of high-quality new furniture from brands such as:
Ashley, Hooker Furniture, Bernhardt, Liberty, IFD, Hinges, Coaster, American Wood Crafters, Chairs Of America, CTW, Elements, Forty West, and dozens more.

Do you ship furniture?

At this time, we can only ship Hooker Furniture.
All other brands are in-store pickup only at 8380 Spencer Highway or available for local delivery.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We provide local delivery within approximately 2 hours of our store.

  • A delivery fee applies, varies on load size and distance.

  • No upstairs deliveries (ground level only)

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes. Once your order arrives (typically within 2–4 weeks depending on the manufacturer), you can pick it up during business hours.

For heavier items that might require assistance, feel free to call us at 281-478-4044 and we can set up a pickup window where we have our loaders here to assist.

We will notify you as soon as it’s ready.

How long until my order is ready for pickup?

Our order times vary from brand to brand, but most items arrive to our storefront within 2–4 weeks.

We also keep many of our bestsellers in stock at our physical store, so some items may be available for same-day pickup.

Are all items on your website in stock?

Our website reflects items that are available to custom order from our brands and is updated regularly. If an item shows “Out of Stock,” feel free to give us a call — we can check when it’s coming in next and place a pre-order for you.

We also carry a large selection of in-store furniture, décor, and gift items that may not be listed online yet, so visiting our LaPorte location is a great way to see even more options.

Do you assemble furniture?

Yes — assembly is free.

If you prefer easier loading or plan to transport items in a smaller vehicle, you may request to keep your item boxed instead of assembled.

What is your return or cancellation policy?

Because each order is specially ordered from our manufacturers, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.

As a small business, we value clear communication and will always do our best to help ensure you are happy with your purchase and find a solution if any issues arise.

What financing options do you offer?

We provide:

  • Synchrony Home – 0% interest financing for 6–18 months
  • Snap Finance – lease-to-own
  • Progressive Leasing – lease-to-own

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards online, as well as cash if you are at our in-store location.

Financing is available through Synchrony Home; While lease-to-own is through Snap Finance, and Progressive for authorized purchases.

What are your store hours?

We are open 7 days a week:

  • Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Do you offer special items or promotions in store or online?

Yes! Both our website and our physical storefront may feature different items, promotions, and savings.

  • Our website regularly offers online-only specials and site-wide promotions.
  • In store, we often carry unique pieces such as jewelry, stems, candles, lamps, lighting, and small décor, along with exclusive in-store discounts; as well as our beautiful furniture.

Can I see items in person before buying?

Absolutely! While we don’t have every item on display, you’re welcome to visit our La Porte showroom to see a curated selection of pieces, compare finishes, and get a feel for the quality and style of the brands we carry.
